JohnnyEX98Ive ordered from them multiple times. I didnt really care about attitude until i had a green curry that the vegetables were sour and spoilt. The staff instantly scoffed at me and claimed that i was lying cause she just cut the vegetables and made them. She remade it with cold chicken and barely warm curry without any vegetables. Definitely my last time ordering.

This is not a complain, but rather a lesson learned and sharing my experience earlier today at Vista Point outlet. Female worker long hair quite fair complexion served me. All was well until she returned me the wrong change. Food costs $6.90, I gave $10 cash, so return should be $3.10 but instead she returned $2.10. So I requested for receipt which is the right of all case consumers, then she pulled long face. Didn't said sorry or apologize for the wrong change. Instead after the receipt was printed out, she tried shoving the receipt to me instead of giving me on my hand. And, unexpectedly, she gave me the $1 remaining change that I didn't receive initially. Then she immediately went inside kitchen don't know do what. To me, this is not appropriate lah. Already gave wrong change then when asked for receipt pull long face. Sigh...need to be customer service trained these lady. Otherwise business will be affected.
