Lybra 07At about 3pm today (22 Jan 2026), I visited the stall at JP as I intend to buy and takeaway the Thai Steamed Seabass. I was taken aback when there is an additional price of $1.30 for takeaway. When I asked the Thai lady mending the counter why the additional price, she replied coz the takeaway box is big. But there was no indication of this on the food menu display nor anywhere on the stall. And I have bought this same dish as takeaway before and I was not charged an additional price for it. When was this implimented? And why was the additional price not being displayed clearly? In addition, the Thai lady is rude. When I decided not to proceed with my order, she was talking rudely and loudly in Thai. I, as a customer, have every right to ask since there is no display of the additional price and not to proceed with the order if I do not want to. Please send her for service training. Ridiculous!!!
GoAheadGroupFanOn Black Friday 2025, I had the green curry seafood fried rice for my lunch at Cantine by Kopitiam food court at Jurong Point and the green curry seafood fried rice tasted very delicious. Overall, the service provided to me was very good and I would love to try these other Thai dishes like Tom Yum and Green Curry (except for pork and beef) from the other Telur Thai outlets such as Kopitiam Northpoint City and Makan Street IMM Building in the future.
