Siyuan ChanThis is my 5th time here since they open last month. The food were so delicious, portions were generous, environment was very clean and spacious. The claypot laksa and lala laksa is one of the must try item, taste is fantastic and we finished our dishes without any waste. Keep it up. The best of all were the staffs; everyone was so well trained and smiley all time. They worked well as a team. Kudos to you staffs. Will definitely recommend friends & relatives and will surely come back again. Once again thank you 😊
Alex PfiefferOh my ...Its been ages since I've reviewed any food establishments especially within my work vicinity. When this one popped up I had to try it of course. Ambience, well it is after all a kopitiam type of establishment and this stall is just one of the stalls there. The male staff that served us that day was a delight. Helpful and courteous, always smiling while serving customers. Major points there. Now the food, I had Kway Teow Beef and my buddy had Mee Goreng Kampung style. Well, how do I put this lightly, really it lacks punch. Thats as best as I can describe it. Im not sure maybe not enough soy sauce? I really am not sure. My the Mee goreng Kampung, I had a taste and as my friend described it "Ok ah", thats says it all. Would I try i again, sure just for the benefit of the doubt. By then I do hope they would get better as it will be such a waste if it doesnt work out. Food : 2.5 / 5 Service : 4 / 5 Ambience : 3 / 5
Josh Kuek (#jkgourmets)Very prominent food stall at this newly open food court at Hougang Mall. They mainly offer all the zhi-char cuisines from single meals to family dishes. First time trying their food, and cashier mistake my order and I already make my payment thru PayNow, inform them after 3min, they apologize and amend the order and refund a dollar coin immediately. Very well serve attitude, worthy my order if their food is delicious. Finally, I ordered one of my favorite and long time never taste dish ~ Malay Mee Goreng. Yes. It was good and delicious. Some might say it was too sweet, but honestly, it will be too much if the Mee Goreng turn out being too spicy. The Ingredients used like Prawns and sotong was fresh and not taste liked frozen seafood. Overall, a very well cooked. Will definitely recommend to all, even their unit price was slightly expensive than usual coffeeshop, but this stall located at a newly aircon foodcourt which is clean and tidy.
