Not sure why is kampung fried rice is costing me 9.65! When there is hardly any protein inside ???have food vendors really gone bonkers this time??? I doubt I’m coming here again , it’s a rip off my money ,
Nice place to meet and great place to chill with friends. Lets dive in Food: We had been ordering here and quality and yumminess for different types of food seems to be good. Rojak, noodles, rice, is all great tasting. One of the reasons why we keep coming is because all sold here are Halal! Service: Staff was definitely friendly with smiles game mode on. The only downside was that, they are always talking to each other non stop. It does feel abit negative when staff keeps talking despite customers wanting to order. Atmosphere: This is definitely not for kids. The roadside needs to have some form of boundary to prevent accidents. The place is also where vehicles stop to exit the carpark, thus exhaust fumes are relatively more here. At the same time, they did place some areas for photo shots but one of them, needs to be worked on. Good plan, poor execution. The sign 'Selera Serambi' is placed at where the logistics are, and is a failed attempt for customers to take memories of the place, if the intent was for photos. All in all, we do recommend chilling with friends but not all the time though..hehhehehe. So yeah, the food is good, company is good, but venue can be further improved. But a definite recommendation from us! Cheers!
Daylight robbery store. No visible price stated. All were innocent pictures of ice deserts and dim sum - similar to coffee shops or hawker centres. All prices are hidden inside the menu with fine prints. To our shock, 3 pieces of tiny siew mai they dare to charge $4.70, 1 small lor mai gai $4, an ice karchang $7.70. Hygiene levels are 0/10, flies, pigeons, and crows attacking our food blatantly. On what ground are they charging such obscene prices? Open air no aircond shop. Myself and spouse suffered food-poisoning for 3 and 4 days respectively, after consumption onsite this joint. NEA reported. Singapore Food Agency had been given feedback. This HDB eatery is absurd. Dine at your own risk.
