Overall, i think not that bad. Love their Scallion Pancake, crispy and slightly oily but it’s normal for this dish. Their Dry Mala La Mian and Steamed Dumplings in spicy chilli oil are abit too salty and savoury for my preference. Their deep fried prawn paste beancurd skin is good! Sweet Potato Ball is okay only, i prefer it to be more chewy but their’s tasted more dough. I would come back to try their beef noodles if i’m in this area but i won’t specially come down for their food. If you happen to visit this place, it’s a self-service/free seating restaurant. This is based on my dining experience.

We got the braised beef brisket noodle and fried chicken omelette rice. Beef is tender, the broth is rich, noodle is al dente. Chicken was well seasoned and fried, egg is fluffy, but the rice was a bit lumpy. Overall good food and generous portions. Would come back for the beef noodle. Interesting appetiser concept. We got the seaweed, kimchi and jelly fish. They were all decent. Service is pretty efficient. Staff also helped us to cancel one of our order as we wanted to change. Free warm and cold water provided. Nice ambience instrumental Chinese music.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Taiwan Culture exhibit at Changi Airport, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the vibrant colors and intricate designs that showcase Taiwan's rich heritage. The interactive displays were not only informative but also engaging. I loved learning about traditional crafts, delicious street food, and the beautiful landscapes of Taiwan. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share insights about their culture. The attention to detail in the design of the exhibit truly transported me to Taiwan, even if just for a short while. It’s a fantastic way to experience a glimpse of Taiwan right in the heart of the airport. I highly recommend making a stop here, whether you’re departing or just passing through. It’s a cultural gem that enhances the travel experience significantly!
