I ordered a lunch set with a top-up for an additional side and soup, which made for a very satisfying meal at a reasonable price. The lunch promotion offers good variety and is a great option if you're looking for a filling meal without spending too much. The portion sizes were decent, and the added side and soup made the set feel even more worthwhile. Service was prompt and the dining environment was comfortable for a casual meal. However, staff was friendly. I would recommend this outlet to families as its a kids friendly outlet as well.
WanggieVisited on a Friday night and there was about 2-3 small groups infront of us. We waited for almost 20 minutes and no one came to attend at the front. Decided to walk in to check, to only realise the back section of the restaurant is entirely empty. That area could fit 20-30 people easily. Checked in with the staff at counter on why no one is attending to the snaking queue when there’s a huge empty space behind. Staff replied “that section is closed. Not open today” Shocking to hear as it is my first time hearing that a section of restaurant can be closed anytime (with no renovations or whatever going on). Then a lady came out asking how many pax we have (after waiting 15-20mins unattended) and reply “we don’t have tables for you now, have to wait”. So we decided to ask about the closed section again, she replied as though we pissed her off “closed, that section closed! Not open!” So we proceeded to wait for about 30-40mins until we manage to enter the restaurant. And guess what. They still enter us to the closed section because our group is huge 🤷🏻♀️ so it’s closed or not closed? Food serving was quick and staff seems to try their very best in serving customers. Just that “section closed” and suddenly open seems 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️??
