The atmosphere is pleasant, though a small suggestion, the window seats can get quite warm around noon, so maybe avoid those area. Service, on the other hand, was excellent. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and a special shout-out to the supervisor/manager, Bharat. He was incredibly nice and attentive to our needs. His great customer service really made our family lunch enjoyable.
Hui Ling Chye⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The food was decent, but it was not served hot enough. Throughout our meal, no one came to refill our water or clear the used plates from the table. It might have been due to a shortage of staff, but it still affected the overall dining experience. I hope the service and food quality can be improved in the future.
Amirul HakimI love Swensens all the time! This branch was very clean and the ambient was very nice. Even though prices are like cafe level prices, the quality and portions are satisfactory. The staff are also very attentive, quick to respond, for example noticing when water is needed. In particular, Liyana and Claire are very smiley :-) Get the Ultra burger!
