Saliana SalinI had a wonderful experience at Swensen's NEX, thanks to the amazing service! I ordered the Goreng Pisang ice cream and informed the staff about my strawberry allergy. Ms. Elvie personally ensure that my dessert was entirely free from strawberries and safe from any cross-contamination. As someone with a food allergy, her attentiveness and care gave me total peace of mind. The entire staff team was also highly commendable—efficient, welcoming, and professional throughout. Kudos to Ms. Elvie and the NEX team for the top-notch service. Will definitely be back!
MH ThamThe only positive was that the food was well packed for delivery. Unfortunately, the meal itself left much to be desired. I only ordered from Swensen’s because I recently had an excellent experience at Swensen’s Unlimited, but this visit highlighted the significant gap in quality between the regular and Unlimited outlets. Service could also be improved. If the mochi ice cream is only available with standard flavours, customers should not be given additional flavour options, especially those requiring a top-up fee. Despite paying extra, neither of my selected flavours was provided. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and will likely be my last order from this Swensen’s branch.
