Hay H HWas here at 730pm on Saturday. The queue was extremely long, the staff were doing their best to clear up. There’s this particular staff who served us, an elderly woman by the name of Irene. She apologized non stop explaining that the crowd is exceptionally big today. Somehow I felt her warmth and genuineness in trying to make us feel comfortable while serving us and I suspect many in her situation will not maintain such an incredible service attitude. Marcus KhooEnjoyed my lunch with my friends in Swensen’s after such a long time. There was a good variety of menu items to choose from and we thought the food quality & portions were quite good. Placing the orders was easy using the tablet and staff was always ready to help if needed. The atmosphere at AMK outlet was calm and very conducive for conversations. Our servers, Irene, Yen Joo & Janet as well as Manager Aznee were very friendly and helpful. The staff remained warm, friendly, and attentive, serving every patron with remarkable patience and efficiency even during the busy rush. A special shout-out to Aqilah and Su Xin, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. Their positive attitude and dedication made our visit especially enjoyable and memorable. We also had the pleasure of trying the new ice cream flavors and they were absolutely delightful! Thank you to the team for creating such a welcoming experience.
