I would like to compliment one of your staff at Swensen Dessert & Bar - Jed. His service was truly excellent — he has a very positive attitude, is extremely helpful, cheerful, and takes great pride in his work. It is genuinely pleasant to see staff like him serving customers with such sincerity and professionalism. He made the dining experience much more enjoyable, and I hope Swensen continues to recognise and promote staff like Jed who represent the brand so well. Thank you for the wonderful service!

We visited the new Swensen's outlet at Plantation Plaza for a family meal. The restaurant has a nice, open layout that feels bright and welcoming. The Food: Everything we ordered was good, hitting the spot for a reliable family lunch. Chicken Katsu Ultra Burger ($16.90): This was a highlight. The chicken cutlet was thick, very crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. It came topped with a generous amount of savory Katsu sauce and shredded cabbage, served on a brioche bun. It also came with a side of fries and coleslaw. Chicken Baked Rice ($15.90): A comfort food staple. This dish came with a good amount of melted cheese on top, covering the tender breaded chicken and savory rice in white sauce. Rodeo Wings ($11.90): We shared these as a side. They were crispy and glazed in a sauce that had a nice balance of sweet and spicy. The Dessert: Sticky Chewy Chocolate: You can't go to Swensen's without having ice cream. We shared this classic sundae. It is still as good as ever—rich, chocolatey, and very satisfying. The Drinks: I had an Iced Latte, my wife ordered a Cappuccino, and my son had a Coke. The coffee was a great deal as an add-on to the mains. Service & Verdict: The service was a strong point—prompt, efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For a total bill of $68.58 for 3 pax, it was a satisfying meal with good portions and quality service.
