Ken PehI bought two Swiss rolls on 28th August evening. I decided to switch one of the items as I saw a pack of chocolate muffins, which is my child's favourite. Despite the changes, the cashier and staff in charge was really friendly with a smile on her face, reassuring it's fine for me to change my orders as long as I haven't made my payment. Give her a RAISE SWEE HENG! She is so friendly and I felt really appreciated as a customer due to her good customer service. To the young lady, thank you for your accommodations 🙏🙏🙏
King TohokuI've been a loyal fan of Swee Heng's Hainanese white bread for decades, but this outlet's pricing is completely out of control. They keep raising prices without notice, and it's downright misleading. The posters behind the cashier clearly state that Hainanese bread with two spreads costs $3.90—just as it has for years at every outlet across the island. Yet, in February 2025, the rude cashier suddenly told me the price had increased to $4.30. When I pointed out that the pricelist behind her still showed $3.90, she didn't even bother to update it. Then, in March 2025, I came back, and the price had jumped again to $4.90—while the sign still said $3.90! This is beyond unacceptable. I understand price adjustments, but misleading customers and treating them like fools? That’s just bad business. Either the cashier is clueless, or management is running a scam. I refuse to support a place that operates this way.
Nur FajrinaAunty (who always wear a black colour waist gut) was helping me pack my order because i ordered tako buns. She literally threw my bun after putting it in the plastic. So rude. Why cant she just put it nicely? And…. It was 6.45 am in the morning when i came to the outlet this on 29/11/2024, i saw the food was being left opened, without having anything to cover? Wouldnt the buns be contaminated? It would definitely be much better if they close it with a plastic rather than keeping it opened, knowing that people walk by here and there in the outlet…..
