Bought their Pork Floss Bread today, it is a big portion for sharing. It can be cut into maybe 6 or 8 slices. It taste pretty decent for a $5 Pork Floss Bread. Apart from the pork floss on top of the bread, there were ham and some mayonnaise sauce in the middle as well. I think they have some room for improvement as the sauce is too sweet and the bread is a little dry. In terms of service, they have only cut it to half, so buyers have to cut further by themselves. If you like this kind of bread, Yishun Central block 925 got a bakery shop sell exactly this kind of bread and taste much better (and helped buyer to cut to nice slices already). Overall, I wouldn't buy the Pork Floss Bread from here again, but may try out other stuff.
The Malay staff with spectacles Is very rude. Takes orders with the very angry look and once the Waffle is done, just not call out unless I come in myself and mind you I was turning so to not block the shop
I would like to provide some feedback regarding an unpleasant experience my mother had at one of your outlets at woodlands mart on 9 November 2025 at around 4:55 PM. My mother went to purchase a birthday cake (Black forest 5’’) and was served by a staff member who spoke in a rude and inappropriate tone. Since my mother isn’t very fluent in English, she handed the phone to your Chinese-speaking staff. When I was asked if candles were needed, I politely replied “no,” but noticed the staff’s tone was harsh and disrespectful. When I mentioned that she should speak more politely, she responded sarcastically, “thank you.” I believe customer service should always be courteous and respectful, especially in a service-oriented industry. While some of your staff are friendly, experiences like this can be very disappointing. I sincerely hope you can look into this matter and provide proper training to ensure all staff maintain a consistent and professional attitude when dealing with customers. Thank you.
