colin neoVisited this shop on 29 Jun around 12 noon. Was looking for Ang ku Kueh. The sales girl told me it is daily replenishment and I asked her how long can i keep. She told me can keep till tomorrow but must place inside the fridge. Thinking that it should be fresh, I bought 2 boxes. Unfortunately, during teabreak, all of the fillings inside each Ang ku Kueh were rancid. This is disgusting especially sold by a reputable company. Not a single Ang ku kueh were found to be good. I have since lodge a complain to the headoffice. Hopefully they can look into their QC. I strongly advise customers to avoid buying Kueh from them as I think it is not manufactured by them. It could be sub from other places !!!
EainMiddle-aged female chinese staff member gave me the incorrect order. When I pointed this out, her response was unprofessional. The delay was caused by the staff, and when I attempted to pay for the customer behind me as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, the situation was made awkward by the staff and resulted in an uncomfortable interaction between myself and the other customer. Never again.
Oba'son TingBuy 5 get 1 free but charge me extra $2.80 overcharge. Never check before collect $$. There is no trust in the cashier at all. Attitude is bad too. No star is deserve. Gonna to bang this bakery. Getting expensive n not fresh.
