The worst service every encountered. I was waiting to pay fir the bread and standing there for almost 2mins and the staff busy bringout the ingredient for the pancakes. She saw me standing there just infront of her then the phone rings, she choose to pick up the phone then took out a book to start ordering ingredients. So i put down $2.60 for the bread and wanted to take a small plastic bag, she can raised her voice tell me she on the phone, i took her rush hour i in the hurry. She shouted back she on the line i cannot wait? I was so annoyed so I shouted back at her. She got angry and said i am sick!!! Will never go Swee Heng to buy any more bread. Anyway there are 1 more bread shop at this Blk 449, Swee heng not the only shop so do not have to be yaya.
I have been twice to this outlet for same spread bread. 1st time she told me need to wait 15min then i told her is ok i don’t want to wait. I thought she really busy but in the shop no other customer. Today i went again. Again she heard i want spread bread she said have to wait 10min. No other customer in the shop. I purposely said i will wait. This china lady is damn rude. As i wait for her just near the pancake station she asked me to go in pay money. And spreading the bread only took her less than 5min including payment. She just don’t want to do the spread bread and make me waited for good long 15min!
