M NeoVery poor customer service. I was there at around 9.10am on 27th May 2026. There were 2 staff members within one meter of the cashier counter. I called “hello” 3 to 4 times. Both pretended to be busy. I left my money on the counter and walked away with my bread. That’s when one of them called out to me. So they were obviously aware that I was at the counter trying to make payment but chose to ignore the customer. I told them the money is on the counter and left. Plenty of bakery in the neighbourhood. No need to go there.
Marcus seVery dirty. And also staff very poorly trained. Provided Passion Card but no Passion Card discount. Asked but was told nevermind rudely. The Christmas Log Cake also overpriced despite a 20% discount tag - the ingredients are low quality and the entire cake experience is very bad.
Clarence TanThis bakery store is full of flies flying around. Told and enquired with the staff who ignored my feedback and walked away. Call their HQ to inform. As a bakery, health safety and cleanliness is top priority!!
