Shwuf YWanted to change a pickup location, Swee Heng is very inflexible to accommodate. Emailed and informed them 3 days before, no reply, called them earlier morning, said delivery all out even though the arrangement of pickup time is 6pm. Which means the cake is not freshly make on that day. The office just gave all types of excuses, cannot change location, too late to inform! driver already out! different branch of Swee Heng! The office just totally unfriendly and rigid.
Denise AngHi I would like to inform you about the durian roll I bought from your outlet at B1 Seletar Mall was spoiled. The durian was sour. This is second time happened to us within a month. Previously, they were nice and good. FYI
