But sometimes when staff showing bad attitudes Not happy while doing work will really effect our mood, Not sure why swee heng in jurong west st 91 always get cranky staff. I and family been encounter so many bad experiences. There one time when my son 10yrs old went to counter for payment. Staff from making waffle just throw her ting and give deep stare to my son as in he disturbing her doing her other work , and few time for my-own experience staff just bang bang the bread in the plastic and showing not happy face while collecting money. We are all human . And have our own problems so definitely we can sense the other person is not happy. I think the management need to do area checking. The staff not only morning shift but same with the afternoon staff is showing bad attitudes, i can understand aunties and cranky makcik behaviour but i think is not appropriate to give bad vibes to your hungry or tired customers. Please do some checking at jurong west st 91 stall
Gabriel LeanowlSmall branch of Swee Heng. But they make full use of their space to display bread and pastries. And the place is clean and not as dusty. The polite staff makes your day. My favourite food from Swee Heng is the traditional tau sar piah.
