Adelia Tan16 Sep 2025, 1pm. Overall 2.5 stars. Pandan chiffon cake - 2 stars. Edible, but the texture isn't really that of a chiffon cake - not light & pillowy enough. Pandan flavour & the green colouring are very artificial. This is no longer the pandan chiffon that Swee Heng used to be known for... I will not be buying any more cakes from Swee Heng in future. Their buns are still ok to buy. Cashier was polite & responsive. The store is located in between exits 2 & 3 of Pasir Ris Bus Interchange.
Sten (Piqued Wanderer)Great strategic place within the bus interchange. Lets dive in! Location: Right when one is waiting for the bus home, Swee Heng has its doors opened. Located nearer the right side (when exiting out of pasir ris mall), outlet has its prominent sign, displayed. Products: The standard items are all there, including cakes. We came by in the evening and maybe due to the time, the items are lesser. Service: We only did manage to see one staff on site. Staff had a faint smile but probably preparing to close soon. All in all, we would recommend to support the outlet as it is rather at a strategic location to get last minute bread before heading home. Cheers!
sarah choongthe staff was impatient . i have scanned the QR code to pay & was waiting for the payment to get through. and she said "HARLO" to me, which i find very rude. staff is an old lady with alot of white hair & quite tall for height. please educate your staff to be patience & respectful to their customers. if you dont have the patience & manners i really suggest she stay home.
