I was in the middle of choosing bread when a staff member named Ping Ping abruptly grabbed the bread I was looking at and brought it inside without saying a single word. No “excuse me,” no basic manners, just grabbed it right in front of me like I wasn’t even there. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Totally ruined my experience.
Personal OpinionDamn rude cashier. Ordered two waffle, after paying. She said go outside and wait. This is the second times that I encounter from this cashier. Never go again.
Leshia LimMy colleagues & I wanted to get some waffles today at 150pm and the staff on duty said “no more waffle”. However, please refer to the picture showing there’s still waffle mix available. Please note that this is not the first time and it seems from the google review it’s a repeated pattern.
