V THORRIBLE. understand its during peak hours, but the quality is horrifying. didnt realise until my child was eating the waffle and i saw its overcooked till chao da?????? staff attitude was equally as bad as the waffle, saw them shouting at other customers just because they are stress??? if ur staff could not handle stress, maybe they shouldnt have worked ba.
Don AngIt’s great that this bakery provides paper plates and forks with purchase of whole cake. Requested for another set of paper plates as I bought a larger cake this time $70.2. But need to pay another $1.50. I thought it is only logical to cater more. I realised it’s my wrongful expectation.
chow christineLousy service. I bought two cakes—one for my mother-in-law and one for myself—and asked the staff to pack them separately. They charged me an additional 5 cents for an extra bag. When I asked if there would be no extra charge if I paid separately, the staff said yes. I then requested to void the payment and pay again, but they refused. What am I supposed to do with a 5-cent refund anyway, especially when I don’t usually carry cash? Very inflexible service.
