RatnaLady staff with short hair is super pushy and could definitely improve with better customer service. I took three cheesy twist buns. The sign states 1 for $2.20; 3 for $6. When about to pay she told me got offer u buy 4 get 1 free. I said it's ok i'll just get 3 and she said then no offer lor, it'll be $6.60. I replied "but the sign u put up states 3 for $6." And she said in a harsher tone "now got offer buy 4 get 1. If u don't take 4 no offer lor." And even went to key into the cashier system to show me 4 will be $8.80 and i'll get 1 free. But i didn't want 5 breads so don't keep asking me to get 5. And if the sign states 3 for $6, pls honour it. In the end, I didn't buy the buns. Will not come again.

Adelia Tan21 Jul 2021 - takeaway during Post Circuit Breaker Phase 3(Heightened Alert). 3 stars. Tried their sugar-free pandan chiffon cake. Smells and tastes OK when eating - tastes like a milder, naturally flavoured version compared to normal pandan chiffon, can still taste the pandan and coconut milk, but leaves an astringent aftertaste in the mouth for quite some time after the cake has been eaten. Staff informed that they do not sell the normal version here, so not getting pandan cake from here anymore. Staff here are very friendly. Store space is quite tight, not much space for safe distancing with more than 4 customers in the store.
