Berry YangI am in Clementi outlet on 16 May, 4.08pm. Staff number: 28767 stated in the receipt. I bought 5 boxes of Swiss rolls for 4 other friends and the cashier only gave me 1 big bag. I told her that I am giving to 4 other people and ask for 4 bags. She refused n said only the first bag is free. I asked if I can pay individually but she refused and she already keyed in the order. I think this kind of service is not acceptable. She could have cancelled my first order n arrange for me to pay individually. Please train your staff to be flexible and do indicate that only the first bag is free at the cashier.
Dylan LiThe pineapple bun egg tart fusion was a bit of a miss as I didn't like the ratio (too much egg tart filling). The pandan bun and cranberry muffin were pleasant though, and the bakery is certainly good quality.
