Gem caiVery nice service staff. Place is also kept very clean. I bought the Vienna bread to try. It was surprisingly soft and fluffy despite being kept in the fridge. For those who are curious, it’s basically a piece of white bread with butter and sprinkled with crunchy sugar bits. A simple childhood snack.
Sophia SiaVisited the store on 11 February 2026 around 7pm and experienced disappointing service. The cashier was extremely slow, resulting in a long queue. When it was almost my turn, she repeatedly keyed in the items incorrectly for the customer in front of me and appeared unsure of what she was doing. I don’t believe she is new, as I have seen her working there on several occasions. When it was my turn, I purchased three pieces of bread, yet she did not offer a plastic bag as is usually done and threw the receipt directly on top of my bread. This level of service is unacceptable! Would much rather purchase from BreadTalk in future.
SJ InaThe cake I ordered online didn't arrive at my place during the 8am-12pm slot. I called this outlet just in case they dropped it off there since it's the nearest outlet but cake wasn't there. The staff then took initiative to call the factory for me because the main hotline dont work on weekends. I appreciate the staff so much. Disappointed by the factory delivery punctuality.
