Alex TanToday I had my coffee and eggs at swee heng singpost. The table I sat was shaky and a slight knock result in coffee spill on table. I went to counter and get a cloth to clean up. Told the male staff at counter and he did not bother to acknowledge. Later a female staff came over and took cloth way without cleaning table and again I shared the table is shaky. She ignored and walk away. What a poor service attitude this outlet team. Won’t come back
Cheong LoongThis outlet carries the most cakes n bread if one needs to buy last minute tea snacks for meetings or any occasion. The shelves are stocked with fresh traditional pastries from savoury to sweet. A great place for catching up with friends over a meal or tea as public transport is no problem at this Singpost hub.
Gemmel LeeMould on the fruit tart I bought on 06/07 although labelled "consume by 07/08" I bought 3 cakes and hence didn't look closely as I put everything on one plate, but my husband said the berries looked really strange and luckily he said so, which prompted us to discover the mould before eating it. The other 2 cakes were fine and delicious, and all other times I've bought buns were also perfectly fine. Coffee is fantastic, am a regular patron. Not convenient for me to go back for a refund and I don't have the receipt. Just would like to suggest the branch to QC more on the fruits, I do understand and experience mouldy fruits even in my own home as Singapore is humid, the quality of the fruits may be affected even before they are delivered for your usage. Thanks for keeping this in mind.
