Wardens will not allow parking elsewhere in the other outdoor dining area, which makes security monitoring by patrons difficult + Cheaper than nearby malls' food courts = Apparently, it is reserved for SIT students and staff on Mon-Fri 11:30am - 2pm. But the poster on door is small and not obvious. Also not strictly enforced. - Some stalls closed or run out of ingredients (esp during off-peak times, evening time or weekends). Most close by 6pm even though official time is 7:30pm. If u see staff sitting at the stalls, it doesn't necessarily mean they're still open. And you won't know that they're closed when ordering from the kiosk, until you're at the last page. - Tray return station requires patrons to separate bowls, plates, food waste themselves first. This causes congestion at schoolday lunchtime cos only 1 person can do it at any one time. - CASHLESS only (PayNow, Nets, GrabPay, but not PayWave !!), but mobile data connection is weak, i.e. payment is hard to go through !! TIP: Connect to SIT Wifi. - Dun provide takeaway containers (even for drinks!). Must BYO (Bring Your Own) !! - Kiosk ordering, but there's only 2 kiosks. Kiosks don't accept CDC vouchers. - Self-Service Drinks stalll. Staff is there but will not help. = Uses an LED panel that displays order number when ready. No beepers given. - Aircon turned off on Sat and Sun !!
