Anson ChewAt first, I thought it operated like a typical fast food outlet where both dine-in and takeaway orders are placed via the kiosk. Only after ordering did I realise that the kiosk is meant for takeaway orders only. The staff were friendly and assured me that I could take any empty seat for dine-in. This was helpful and welcoming, especially since the place was surprisingly not crowded at all, with plenty of seats available even on a weekend. I ordered their Gyudon, which is one of the cheapest items on the menu. The food was decent and satisfying for the price. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable dining experience, especially for an airport setting where food prices are usually much higher. Good value and a convenient option if you want a quick and affordable meal before your flight.
Rennie LeeThe food standard at Sukiya is always pretty good! An affordable food option in the airport~ Service could be improved slightly though for this outlet as our orders were served incorrectly, and also placed slightly off (but the latter is also our bad too, should have checked the receipt)!
Din NeoMay 2026 - You obviously need more staff during the day. They send our food to the wrong table. Other customer have to send our food to our table! That is bad! Dec 2025 - The food tastes great! This is a new branch for Sukiya and it's located at Changi Airport Terminal 2 public area. The ambience is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended!
