The food itself was good. The beef bowl tasted nice, and overall the meal was satisfying. However, I was quite disappointed by the waiting time. This is a fast-food style restaurant, and most of the food already seemed to be prepared. For a takeaway order, I expected the process to be much faster, especially when the store was not busy. Waiting for more than 10 minutes just for the staff to put the beef and rice into a bowl felt unreasonable. The space is also quite small, and if you order takeaway, there is no proper waiting or seating area. Overall, the food was good, but the service speed and takeaway experience really need improvement.
Decided to have late lunch here on Sunday. Ordered Gyudon, with a coffee. My wife ordered Gyudon with Egg set; selected Miso Soup and Stir Fried Vege. Food practically served as soon as I finished ordering and making payment, probably a minute of so. However, the server did not separate the order to serve nicely. What I mean is all the items on the set meal to serve together. This is because the Gyudon I ordered, with Coffee and Miso soup were served first. Making my wife a little confused when the next tray was served, with her Gyudon, egg and vege. It was fine if there is not enough space on the tray, but the staff member should have mentioned it while serving it out. As for the food, it taste decent, and the coffee is not good. Overall, maybe I might come back for a quick meal, considering it is decently priced.
We happened to be there at lunch time and this outlet was not overly crowded (it's a small outlet) so we popped in for a quick lunch. The food was average (I found the sauce on my beef was a little salty), the outlet was clean and the staff friendly. We were showed to our table almost immediately and the food was also served quite promptly after online payment.
