Had a great time today at suki-suki hotpot for my company’s CNY dinner. Food was great, with everything prepared for us. Service was good as they constantly go around to top up the soup and clear away the unused trays. Special thanks to Raf for helping to make the arrangement and making sure everything goes smoothly. Would recommend for company gatherings! 👍

6 Jan 2026 8pm We ordered 1. the premium so we can enjoy the tiger prawns etc. the prawns 1st round was ok. Subsequently the head all half drooping, like havent wake up! Wasted $10.90 per pax x 4 for half awake tiger prawns. 2. Waiter say want more, just ask. So we Ask for 4 tray, give 1 tray, say they combine all into 1 tray but its 1 tray portion. Say its buffet but not willing to give us wat we ask for. 3. Chicken got a very funny smell, i think the chicken nv bathe before slaughter. Omg! 4. Airconditioning is included in the 9.30pm last order. On the dot ah aircon off. We asked nicely to turn on the aircon. They on it for 8 min then off again! Omg! We eating hotpot leh. Its sebei hot loh without aircon! Double omg! So we cut short our dinner so the staff can go home on time at 10pm. 5. Cashier come to ask fo early payment while we still eating, while our hands are dirty. Omg again. How to pay? Next time dont go for dinner. Last 30min no aircon.

I had a reservation for 19:15 hrs to break my fast. During the meal, I noticed that the crabs provided had a distinct expired smell and an off-taste after being cooked. Despite my initial hopes that it was an isolated issue, the quality was significantly below safety standards. The physical consequences have been severe: • Since the meal, I have vomited three times. • The vomit has a thick, phlegm-like texture, and I am experiencing significant pain and discomfort in my throat. • This has completely disrupted my evening and my ability to observe the fasting month comfortably. As a customer, I expect the ingredients—especially seafood—to be fresh and safe for consumption. Serving expired shellfish is a major health violation that can lead to severe complications.
