Leviathan 14Small shop with little crowd during lunch hours on weekday. Service needs improvement. Not having some of the veggies like lettuce due to truck arriving late is understandable. What is not understandable is why there was no mention of it until order was half way done and customers reach the pick your veggies stage and find there are missing options. At that stage either leave and not pay for the half done sandwich or eat an unsatisfying meal. Leaves a bad impression either ways.
Adam DamI didn’t catch her name, but one of the staff there was rushing so fast she didn’t even hear my add‑on request properly. I had to repeat it three times, raising my voice slightly just to be heard! Only then did she reopen the oven to get it — and gave me a nasty look while doing it. I thought at least I’d get to enjoy my meal. Unfortunately, my roasted chicken breast was cold, and the bread was basically falling apart. I could overlook the poor listening and the attitude. But serving food in that condition? That’s going too far. I’d advise anyone planning to visit, Be prepared for an unpleasant experience.
