It was quite busy when we arrived, but I have to say the staff member Osman did a really great job managing and handling the customers professionally despite the crowd. I ordered a 6-inch Parmesan Oregano Cold Cut Trio meal with a drink and a cookie top-up, and the service throughout was friendly and helpful. The team remained patient, efficient, and welcoming even during the rush hour. Once again, a big shoutout to Subway and especially Osman for the excellent customer service and positive experience today 👏
Cupidess AngelRude Indian lady staff wearing spectacles - cldn't hear what she said since she's wearing mask, so asked her to repeat herself. She became very impatient & replied in a very insincere tone. On top of that, her Indian accent was quite thick and she wasn't good at giving proper explaination. This almost created some minor miscommunications. Chinese man cashier staff was friendly. However, he needs to learn how to calm down, not rush, explain to customer the breakdowns of the orders properly. He was also literally shouting orders to the other 2 Indian lady staffs right in front of customers, while repeating / confirming our orders 3 times - he appeared confused while trying to multi-task. Food was ok. New creations on the menu are not always tasty, but their signature subs, nuggets + cookies are highly recommended. Decent sauces which pair off pretty well with the subs. I don't know if there's a SOP, but the sub i ordered from this outlet had minimal proteins, A LOT of vegetables. Ratio simply don't seem right. Main problem in this Bugis outlet is the staffs' communication skills - major room for improvement.
Mimi MiWent on a Friday morning and absolutely amazing. Service staff was friendly and nice! On top of that one of the better outlets I've tasted. Saw them going extra mile to serve a customer, ensuring the meal was to their preferred temperature
