Nichole LawHad a really good experience at Subway today! The food was fresh and nicely prepared, and everything tasted great. The ingredients looked clean and well-stocked. The staff were especially friendly and patient while taking my order. They were polite, attentive, and made the whole experience pleasant. Service was fast but still careful, which I really appreciated. Overall, very satisfied with both the food and customer service. Will definitely come back again! 😊

Johannes JaniThe staff should explain the pricing more clearly before confirming the order. I ordered a 6-inch BMT with egg mayo and a footlong egg mayo with beef steak, but nobody informed me that ordering the egg + steak combination would be charged as a beef steak sandwich plus an additional 2 scoops of egg mayo separately. This made the total price much higher than expected. The footlong was also overloaded with fillings to the point everything was spilling out from the bread, making it very messy to eat. Better explanation and better balance in preparation would improve the overall experience.
