Rabia TThe place is revamped small sitting area not very stroller friendly, Staff is okay, helps when asked I think you need more staff, tables are messy most of the times when we visited. They give sauce so little! Had to ask again! Food is ok, they removed breaded chicken meat balls from the menu now the menu has more deli meats which is ok.. The chicken nuggets I tried staff gave me white it wasn’t even cooked properly had to ask him to cook until brown atleast. Didn’t like it. Probably won’t be visiting again its a little disappointing.
LI have been a regular customer of subway for afew years. However at the Simei east point branch, there was a young male staff who was using long feather duster / Broom to clean the dust from the ceiling on that day. He should have continued to clean the ceiling. However before he went to toilet to wash his hands, he immediately came to the counter to help handle some subway sandwich and didn’t bother to wipe his hands or clean them at all. It was very very puzzling and strange , as there was 1-2 more staff at the counter who was originally handling my order for that day. I am not sure why this staff suddenly came to handle customers food order when he was halfway cleaning the fan and dusting the ceiling 😱 without washing his hands at all 😱😱
Bibi kThis is my second time visiting this Eastpoint branch. Same service staff serving me. The Filipino guy spoke unfriendly and treated customers like a robot as if we owned him. Even spoke rudely to his co-workers. I guess the young Malay guy is a newly trained staff.I write this comment because me and my friend who has same experience.
