The actual sandwich was nothing like what was advertised. Ingredients are fixed but not clearly stated — only lettuce, onion, and cucumber are included, with no option to customise. The duck shown in the image appears in slices, but what was served was crushed duck bits, and the portion was extremely small (about 1/12 of the bread). The sandwich ended up being mostly bread and lettuce. This was disappointing and felt misleading based on the menu visuals. Told the staff but the response was it’s fixed. Seriously rip off.
Subway is a reliable fast-food chain known for its customizable sandwiches, salads, and wraps. The appeal lies in the ability to choose your bread, fillings, and toppings, making it a decent option for healthier fast food—especially with whole-grain bread and fresh veggies. Favorites like the Italian B.M.T. and Chicken Teriyaki are flavorful, though some locations can be inconsistent with ingredient freshness or portion sizes. While not the most exciting dining experience, Subway is a convenient and relatively affordable choice for a quick, made-to-order meal. It’s a solid pick when you want something lighter than typical fast food but still crave convenience.
Worst outlet in Singapore. Staff was rude and very stingy with the veggies. Asked for more cucumber, he only gave two more slices. And when it was my turn for the veggie adding, he kept looking at the guy behind me. The bread is also cut weirdly so the top is super thin. The cookie is a bit.. stale. There's a $1.50 charge for drink refills, which isn't the case in the other outlets. Do yourself a favour and go to a different outlet.
