I used to visit this Subway outlet here on a weekly basis. Then I took a "break" and had my Subway fix at its other outlets. However, returning to this outlet today was very rewarding - although I had to wait a while to get a table to dind in, as there was a big crowd at Bukit Timah Plaza today, on a Saturday. Anyway, I ordered my usual Tuna Wrap and added a Small Meal Deal to it - and I was highly satisfied by the service at the counter, the taste and mouth feel of my Tuna Wrap, the Zero Sugar drinks option available here (I had a Fanta Orange Zero), and of course the Subway macadamia cookie. The only thing that I felt let down by, was the dine in situation - there were just too many who either had already finished their meal, but proceeded to linger and do other things at the table, or those who were lone diners, but occupied a table for four. Perhaps, staff here could do something about this when genuine dining in diners are in need of a table.
Found Hair in Food – Serious Food Safety Concern I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Subway at Bukit Timah Plaza. In the middle of eating, I discovered a human hair in my sandwich. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the food safety and hygiene practices at this outlet. As a paying customer, I expect proper handling of food and adherence to hygiene standards. I hope the management will investigate this incident and take immediate action to ensure such contamination does not happen again.
Food that is not hot how can it taste good What is your SOP ? The steps from preparing wrap , putting vegetable timing to heat it up all jumble up. The food is definitely tasty if SOP Met. Your guys are not trained well? Is there a shortage of staff of? Order two wraps , heating up probably 30 second ? My wrap tasted cold inside all cold . Can someone go to this subway and guide the people how to do it? Disappointed
