Abiyyu RaihanBeen here as part of a trip to SUSS. I bought a foot long with teriyaki chicken. The bread was quite crispy with a good amount of chicken! I like it 👍 That said i have not been here for 2 years so something might have changed.
Harris MayerI wish to highlight the terrible experience at this Subway joint that I had with a staff, Siti. I ordered my sandwich and waited to pay for my meal. When I was queueing to pay for my meal, Siti was calling out orders by stating the type of sandwich we ordered. When she called out my order, I forgot for a brief second that it was the flavour I ordered. When I came forward (30 seconds after the order was called) she stared at me angrily and started muttering under her breath. She even said I should not do this as “I was wasting everyone’s time”. After I started eating, I wanted extra napkins. I went back to the cashier area. Siti was busy attending to another customer. I had not even opened my mouth but she must have felt my presence was distracting her. She raised her palm as though asking me “to wait and not speak”. I waited for Siti to be done with the customer and I asked her for a napkin. She hesitantly gave me one sheet. When I asked her if I could have another, she stared at me angrily before taking another sheet reluctantly and giving it to me. She was muttering all the way that she already given napkins earlier. Terrible service and experience. Will never patronise this subway again, and would not recommend to any students/visitors.
Cheshire CatRecently noticed Bukit Timah Plaza Subway now closes at 10 PM, but staff ignored me for 1–2 minutes while making food for himself, only serving me reluctantly after I asked. Felt like I was disturbing his rest before closing. Very poor service.
