I visited subway this evening at 21:08pm at the outlet at 100am. There were 2 of your staff member on duty, to which I did not managed to get their names due to the crowd and there was also no name tags on them. For identification sake, please reflect on your roster for Wednesday, 25th of February 2026, at 9pm. When I arrived, I kindly asked for the $6.80 deal to which I picked the chicken delight. I noticed that the portion is disgustingly minimal, we are talking 6 pieces of small steamed chicken pieces. As we approached to the vegetable portion, my order was everything except for onions. When wrapping, the wrap seemed exceptionally small, to which it occured to me that many of your ingredients ran out and weren’t replenished, no more corn, no more mixed greens and the staff member just rudely stated "no more." similar to tone of "deal with it.". Because the wrap was exceptionally small I kindly asked for more lettuce and the staff member said he couldn’t do it because I would get him in trouble if he didnt know how to wrap it properly. I genuinely mentioned, i didnt mind if he couldnt properly wrap it, I dont need my wrap to be ig worthy plsssss I just needed fibre in my body after a whole day of workout. I then stated to him "customers come to subway for your protein and veg? if we cant have that then whats the point?" He blatantly stated he won’t be able to do it because its against company policy and I would get him in trouble, and proceeded to put my sauces. YOU might think that’s the end but man, if you've read till this part, you’re in for a ride - this man singlehandedly took my wrap back to the greens section and took out my sauced vegetables in my wrap before he threw it into the bin. What in the world is this unnecessary food wastage???? He looked me in the eye and wrapped it back saying “Yes miss, you are going to get me in trouble, ”. He wrapped it after, gave me a cookie and dumped everything in a small transparent bag leaving me absolutely speechless and dumbfounded. This has got to be the biggest joke of the month, I didnt know my subway wrap was auditioning to be in the upcoming Victoria Secret 2026.
It was my first time having subway and was definetly best choice for my lunch. Staffs are also kindness 🤭
The staff who attended to me couldn’t really hear me properly when I listed the vegetables I wanted and added corn (which I didn’t ask for but it’s ok). There was a clear view of a lady staff seated inside who’s sneezing non stop at the back which really took me aback. But nothing much to expect from a fast food chain!
