sonimcrinethe staff are very efficient and prepared my order super quickly! :) only thing is that they have a smaller selection of vegetables when i went (no corn and carrots) though maybe i just went late and theres no seating space so you do have to find somewhere else to eat
Lee- Happy WandererServed by Mercy and another philipino lady. Ordered Chicken Rotisserie Bowl and they said cannot customize. I told them I'm aware. Then she mentioned they dont have cauliflower which is part of the dish. I asked them if I can replace for something and they looked at each other and finally agreed. Then the Payment machine was not working Tapped 4 times anf the machine was faulty. I left the food and left and Mercy called me bk. I told her that she is wasting my time and I will have subway at Novena square instead which is much better. She said the food will be waster and I told her I want to purchase but the machine is not working. Finally I tapped again and waited some more and finally the machine accepted. The apology only came when I was about to walk off. They still argued when it was their faulty. I will never again buy from these 2. They dont k ow what they are doing and they represent my fav place, Subway! Will go to Novena Subway next time.
