Hang Seng TanI visited your outlet on Tuesday around 5 or 6PM and was quite disappointed with the experience. The staff’s service was noticeably poor. They appeared distracted, using their phones and gossiping while customers were waiting. I had to wait several minutes before being attended to, which was frustrating. Additionally, I observed a staff member who seemed unwell (coughing and having a runny nose) not wearing a face mask. This made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The cleanliness of the dine-in area was also below expectations. Tables were not cleared promptly after customers left. On a previous visit, I noticed a male staff member sitting in the dine-in area using a laptop while the area around him was dirty, and he did not make any effort to clean it. I would also like to point out that during my visit, I was eventually served food by two female staff members and I appreciate their effort in attending to customers. I want to highlight that this is not the standard I am used to from this outlet. In the past, the service has been excellent, staff were polite, efficient, and maintained a clean environment. However, recently I’ve noticed several new staff members, and the service quality seems to have declined. As a regular customer, I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving both service and cleanliness.
WSIt is a small outlet with only 5 tables. You need to come early if you having lunch to avoid disappointment 😞. The double cheese chicken sandwich (special menu) was not fantastic, as the cheese was overpowering and watery. After awhile, it becomes jelat. It would be better to stick to the usuals like cold cut trio. it's still a good place to have a meal as service and food are good.
