Have been dining/taking out from this location for a few years now, however, the recent changes in manpower & drinks facilities here dipped the overall rating for me. Service: The previous staffs, which were two malay ladies were very welcoming and nice. However this changed for the worse, especially since i was served by this new malay staff (short lady, tiny frame), on two separate occasions that made me decide to finally leave this review. Her attitude was horrible to begin with, she looks disinterested and didn’t want to be there (happened on both occasions that I visited since she started working there). While making the sandwich, I felt like she intentionally didn’t give the standard amount of vegetables as well, prompting previous customers to request for more. (See image for my order which I asked for “everything except lettuce and jalapeño) Very disappointed. Drinks: They recently removed the coca-cola vending machine and replaced it with an older, more traditional style of soda dispenser which was disappointing. *Avoid the minute maid apple flavour it is basically watered down where it taste more like plain water than apple (see picture)
Anitha Raj RajanterinHad a great experience, the 3 ladies serving were amazing. Very polite, fast, and efficient. Even though the restaurant was busy, they still greeted every customer with a smile and maintained such a warm attitude throughout. Really appreciate the excellent service!
Tianyu ZhaoJust wanted to say Syazwan’s attitude and service was really admirable Costumer infront ordered one of the subs that had fixed sauces. Syazwan told her the sauces were fixed as she was ordering, which she somewhat acknowledged. Afterwards when syazwan went on to put the sauces she got really annoyed and blamed Syazwan for not asking her (“you never even ask me!” “I don’t want the sauce” “you put already now what”) . Syazwan handled the situation really well, tried to take out the sauce and parts that were in contact with the sauce as much as possible and replaced with new toppings, really well done on her part and quite smart imo Some costumers should rlly chill out and learn English
