edtayjbI was here yesterday (7 March 2026) to takeaway my all-time favourite from Subway: a Tuna Multigrain Wrap. It is something that has always satisfied and satiated me in terms of taste and texture and I have yet to have one that is less than satisfactorily prepared by a Subway outlet in Singapore. Service at this Subway outlet in City Square Mall was very good - the female staff member was very nice and friendly. And although I did not dine at this outlet in City Square Mall, I could see that the dining ambience here was quite nice with the tables spaciously separated and in air-conditioned comfort.
Peter CuiI want to give a huge shout-out to Sahlan, Hariboy and Warna at Subway City Square Outlet! They are incredibly smart and attentive, and actually recognize that different people have different appetites. They gauges the portion sizes perfectly according to the customer's needs, which is something most employees don't take the initiative to do. Thanks to their excellent service and for finally making sure I leave with a full stomach, I’ve become a loyal regular here. Thank you, for going above and beyond!
Samuel RheeI had a great experience at this Subway outlet today. Yes! I'm talking about Sahlan. He is very friendly, easy going and full of passion on his job. Even though the queue was long, he remained extremely patient, efficient, and served with a big smile. The portion was generous and neatly wrapped. It's rare to see such dedicated service nowadays. Highly recommended and hope the management recognizes his hard work.
