The vegetables are fresh and there are lots of varieties. For the chicken delite menu, the chicken is juicy. As an Indonesian, I always feel that I have to eat rice for lunch in order to be full. But, I feel the 6-inch Subway sandwich portion in Singapore makes me as full as having a rice lunch. I also love the cookies. It is fragrant, soft, and melts in your mouth. The services are also really great. The sandwich artist worked really fast. Although they worked really fast, they were still polite, friendly, and gave time to explain the menu to the customer. The vibe of the restaurant is also really pleasant. Many people come here to enjoy their lunch time eating sandwiches. Hope Subway Anchorpoint keeps up their good work!
Monica LohJust want to give V from Subway at Anchorpoint all the credit he deserves. There was a mega long queue, incoming delivery orders nonstop, riders waiting, and he was handling everything solo with grace, speed, and calm the entire time. No frustration, he was just getting on with it and doing his absolute best. I honestly don’t know how he managed it, but he kept going order after order. Manpower issues are everywhere these days, but watching this chap hustle and hold the fort all on his own really made me feel he deserves recognition. Respect where it’s due.
Lex WWe visited this Subway frequently as it is near our workplace. Recently, we noticed that the standard dropped and not only that the service crew attitude is really unfriendly. Whenever this service crew dressing the sandwich, he will smash it instead of laying them nicely and most of the ingredients is on one side of the sandwich only. And to my absolute shock and dismay, I discovered a cockroach in the sandwich upon consumption!! This incident has not only been a severe violation of health and safety standards but has also left us feeling extremely distressed and disgusted. I believe such negligence poses a significant risk to the well-being of your customers and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment. Will never return to this outlet again!
