Mixed up order. Ordered a steakhouse rotisserie chicken, got this mess of a sub. Can't even eat this. Someone else has gotten my takeaway instead. What a waste of 10 dollar.
I recently visited the Subway outlet at SingPost Centre and had a disappointing experience with a cashier named Chen. The service was extremely unbothered and came across as rude. There was little to no basic customer interaction—no greeting, no effort to engage, and the overall attitude felt dismissive. I understand that working in F&B can be stressful, but basic courtesy goes a long way. This experience made the visit feel uncomfortable and not welcoming at all. I hope management can look into this and reinforce better customer service standards, as it really affects the overall impression of the brand.
Ordered a Subway veggie delite online from the Singpost branch with just the vegetables and some pepper because I have had heart disease and am trying to eat safely. But they decided to put in chicken thigh and cheese anyway. Also happened the week before. Also ordered 2 flavours of cookie and got flavours I didn't order. I might as well have gone omakase and asked them to put in whatever they wanted to. The actual food was fine (not gone off or anything) but as a heart disease patient I'll be trying the Bedok subway for my next online order.
