SeanWhenever I patronized this outlet because of a safra promotion I would run into issue where the staff interpreted the promotion differently. It happened a few years ago and happened again today 6 May 2026. Tried their footlong ribeye steak. It has steak meat pieces and mushrooms. The veg was standardised and we couldn't choose. It has lettuce and Tomato. I was about 70 percent full after eating the footlong. It was quite an expensive item at 16.90 SGD. I gave this rating so that the outlet would be aware to communicate better with safra admin
Sunny Side UpOrdered a mac n cheese and was shocked upon receiving it. The outlook of it was disgusting. It was mashy and no sign of macaroni. Ordered this many times before and never once received something like that. Feedback to the staff and all she did was to insist this is normal and is like that. My child ate and she said it tasted weird and not the usual she ate but still the staff insisted it was like that. Also, i ordered two toasties, as the toasties were quite dry- i asked to have some mayonnaise on it and was rejected again by the staff. She firmly said toasties do not have any sauce. While i understand that, but cant customers request to add? what is the issue with adding sauce. This is the worst branch i ever visited. The others were more accommodative. We are definitely not visiting this again!
MrAI had an enjoyable dinner at Subway Mount Faber on Tuesday. It was easy to find a table. There are two staff mending this outlet and they are very helpful. I like the buffalo chicken with chipotle southwest sauce. Keep up the good work!
