R.I went there one day when it was busy and tried to order. I saw two lady workers there yet no one came to serve me. Instead one of them gave very little eye contact with me while she was doing something so I waited for when she was done but she never did, then she left and the other one idek where she went off to. They are meant to assure me if they need time to prep or if they r busy, I’d understand that that’s why I waited. But no one came. Similar thing happened with my friend today, she walked over and it wasn’t busy at all. When she got to the counter the lady just waved at her constantly and mumbled something. It was very unclear and very unprofessional. So my friend left since they didn’t wanna serve her. And we were sat relatively in front of the subway so we would turn to look at what was happening but they would just leave and come back, then make a sandwich then leave. Another thing we noticed was that they served 2 other girls after my grind tried to order. I’m not sure if it’s because of dislike or race or laziness, but we weren’t treated fairly either way!
DeidreVery disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional and seemed to be laughing among themselves in a way that made customers uncomfortable, almost like they were mocking us. It was not even a busy period (no queue), yet the service was extremely slow and we had to wait for a long time. Definitely not the standard I expect. Hope the management will take this seriously.
west MacThe guy in part of vegetables here needs to be retrained. He doesn't just put the vegetables in the sandwich, he just massages the vegetables. Please put the vegetables straight. Everything else is fine.
