DPOrdered 6” sub white bread with Mushrooms Deluxe. Sub was good, lightly toasted, melted yellow cheese, the warm bun had a bit crisp outside and soft-chewy texture inside. It was good and enjoyable, with fresh vegetables inside. Service was okay, quite generous ingredients and sauces given. Atmosphere is good, just the place is a bit small so it’s quite packed and hectic during peak hours.
Shivashankhari SivagurunathanI bought a meal and soup today. Quite disappointed with the service from the current staff-2 ladies. Requested for ceaser sauce but added spicy mayo, then I say nevermind..then asked for soup, the lady poured in the cup and went in, came back after a few min, then kept swaying the closed cup here and there then tied it in a plastic bag and tried to stuff inside the plastic bag, then without even the slightest concern that its a soup, she swayed and placed it so rough that tha soup was leaking throught the lid. This lady preparing the meal was not wearing mask and was coughing on and off ?! first time having such encounter in this subway branch.

When you request for the third time, he propose to add on lettuces instead and you agreed. We are glad that you love to take more fresh but do consider that we need to add in according to standard so we can close your Sub nicely. We will like to propose that you consider taking our energy bowl or salad bowl for more fresh. Mix greens often come in different shapes and to ensure we are able to fit them nicely into Sub, we have to do trimming to make it looks appealing and in consistent sizes. Above message by subway CM management team They chopped the mixed green to save cost but come to tell customer it’s for appealing and consistent reasons? If it’s more appealing and consistent the franchisor will done it for you instead. Adding 2-3 pieces of small chopped mix green is their “standard serving”. Guys if you all patronize this store remember 2-3 pieces of small chopped mix green is the standard serving cos that’s what they gave me when I asked for more. Also they mentioned they couldn’t add more mix green so it’s able to close the sub nicely. But yet adding more lettuce has no issue to close the sub properly. See the contradiction here? Recently all the reviews are mostly 1-2 stars. It seems that instead of improving, the management are just brushing the customer feedback off. Will not patronize this store anymore.
