anisah arshadI had a really pleasant experience here. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and they took the time to prepare my order carefully. The sandwich was fresh, well-made, and exactly how I wanted it. The store was also clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a great place to grab a quick and satisfying meal. I’ll be coming back again!
Goh BLDisappointing experience – Staff doesn’t know the menu I visited this outlet today (January 12, 2026) at around 5:46 PM. I ordered the Beef Brisket Energy Bowl, which according to the standard recipe, does not come with cheese sauce. The staff member serving me (a Malay gentleman) clearly wasn't following the menu guidelines. Without checking or asking, he just poured a heavy load of cheese sauce all over the bowl. It completely overpowered the brisket and made the meal feel greasy and unappetizing. It’s frustrating when staff don't pay attention to the specific ingredients of the signature bowls. Very disappointed with the lack of training at this Lot 1 branch.
Kristene Joy GoThis is my go to place when i want a simple meal for lunch. The staff here are kind and always smiles at you which i find really awesome especially if theres a long queu. BMT w egg mayo with bbq sauce or tuna w egg mayo sandwich is always my go to order here.
