SOrdered a $16.30 subway melt salad cookie meal via Foodpanda and the salad bowl was barely 1/3 filled. The bed of lettuce was significantly lesser than other outlets portion and the entire bowl is only 1/3 filled, after adding all the ingredients chosen (added $1.70 for half scoop of tuna). Only slice of bacon, half a turkey ham/chicken ham, 3 slices of tomatoes, 7 slices of pickles, with lettuce I could see the base of the bowl after removing the ingredients… Is this the standard now? Shrinkflation is real but charging $16.30 for 1/3 bowl of salad is blasphemy. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting this unless your appetite is that of a baby’s. Pathetic.
Alvin WangOrdered a spicy beef taco meal but there was barely any spicy beef, the sauce itself was more than the meat. Even asked the staff if the portion was correct and he said yes. Please look into the portioning
Isabelle Awh6 june 2026, 5pm there was this indian lady working . my friend very politely asked for a drink and i asked how much the cookies were and she very DEATH STARED my friend and i like we were stupid or something . she actually like a very frowny expression and was very unwelcoming. please better manage your staff and train them properly.
