Lily ChuaThe wrap wasn’t heated thoroughly and was still hard when we ate it at home. This is the second time this has happened. We’ve noticed that other outlets always heat the wraps twice, whereas this outlet only heats them once. We’d appreciate it if you could heat them properly in future.
yaqin yusristaff was shit. mind you i was gonna faint and subway was right infront of me so i went in bcs i saw no customer at all and guessed that it’ll be a fast process. lady staff working looked at me blankly. no “hi” “what wld you like to order” NOTHING. then i said i wan chicken ham and she looked at me blankly AGAIN. if you didnt hear you cld ask but nope. i repeated 3 times then she asked me “chicken ham?” i said yes. i automatically told her the bread that iw and she took her time to take it out while talking to the male staff and this mrt guy. i even had the time to sit down bcs thats how slow she was. toasted for only abt 5-10 secs and then took out i said no vege js salt. repeated myself twice. then she wrapped so slowly and the male staff went to the cashier. showed him my student id and bro didn’t even acknowledge. not sure if i did get the discount i js wanted to pay and get it done and over with. he asked for cookie flavour i said white chip macademia and he asked again. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF??? its not even busy there and you two can talk later after you settle my payment but no. how i wish i saw 7e before subway and i cldve went there but i had blurry vision and rly needed sugar.

It’s time SMRT stepped up and Fix the aircon! Let the staffs of Subway work in comfort, and the customers to enjoy their meals without melting.
