Min YWould really like to compliment the female staff on duty today at Subway Westgate. I've been to so many Subway outlets but I must say that the female staff that prepared my Subway sandwich really stood out from the rest. From the way she added ingredients to wrapping the sandwich with the wrapper, she really does pay attention to details, including adding sauce before topping with the lettuce does make a difference and properly wrapping the sandwich. Subway should be proud of having such employee. Kudos to the female staff for making my Subway sandwich tastes so good today :)

Cemberyn YoungVery disappointed with today's service. I am a regular, normally the 2 Ladies (Ms Vera and one of her staffs) were the ones who taking my orders and it has been wonderful and perfect. She remembers my order and my mom's, she gave a very special attention. How i wish she is here. Recently, after i stopped visiting a few days, suddenly I didnt see the 2 ladies, it was replaced to 2 male servers and it is okay, and I heard that the management has changed. I started to mind when the way he put the Avocado spread on the bread, it was not neat and tidy, you need to use the flat knive to spread it evenly, but he used the scoop to spread and it was not even! and made the sandwich became very bulky and hard to wrap. The sandwich was not wrapped properly and when I started to ear, the fillings and sauces are falling apart, I was mad, and after 2 bites, i threw it away. The sauce too, if I never mention to put more sauces, he was putting a little bit only.
