Mat PI ordered using grab. I ordered a mushroom delight salad with all veggies.You can see a how small my salad was and it didnt have any mushrooms at all including one or two other veggies I asked for. How can you order a mushroom delight salad and not get any mushrooms with it? I also remember the salads much bigger than this. There's like two veggies for each one I ordered.

Isha ShafiqahWalk in to the store to break fast with , came in the first person that spoke to as very unwelcoming and the tone was honestly rude. Mind u the store is small so we could hear everyone talk and the machine was abit noisy so I couldn’t hear the person clearly. When she ask for my meat topping whether I want and I need her to repeat she have the audacity to “madam” with a tone and the second time with that “madam , is that all?” when I was aware that she have called another colleague to assist on baking and veggie topping. Then when it is my husband turn, he clearly said he wanted the spicy beef taco and was referring to the energy bowl but she couldn’t hear and just went ahead to ask what bread leaving my husband confused as he never order physical in store before instead of she confirming which spicy beef taco she just went ahead with what she assumed. 2nd rudeness is when the third person at the cashier gave me the unwelcoming face like she was fed up on top of that when I asked her about the nacho bowl she just mention add on , I was abit confused as I looked at the poster earlier it is “complete ur meal” but thats not the issue the cashier also had the give me that rude tone “it’s add on” like okay I get the first time u don’t have to repeat the second time . After the encounter I thought I could let go but looking at the review I don’t think anyone have taken any action seeing repetitive feedback on the unwelcoming behaviour and the rudeness. And please I work in F&B line for years and I could be understanding but that was just clear cut rude and my husband didn’t even get what he wanted to eat
